These Terms govern your use of Dungeon Buddy. By using the Platform, you agree to them.

Pebbles

Terms

The sections below form the legal agreement between you and Dungeon Buddy.

1. Definitions

  • Platform means Dungeon Buddy and its website/app services.
  • User means any registered player or Game Master (GM).
  • Pebbles are a virtual unit used to pay for sessions on the Platform.
  • Session means a scheduled game hosted by a GM.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Platform role

Dungeon Buddy facilitates connections between players and GMs. We do not run, supervise, or guarantee the quality of Sessions. The GM is responsible for delivery of the Session.

4. Pebbles (virtual currency)

  • Pebbles are virtual currency usable only within the Platform.
  • GMs receive £0.01 per pebble.
  • Pebbles have no cash value outside Dungeon Buddy.
  • All pebble purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • Lost, unused, or expired pebbles will not be replaced.

5. Pricing, VAT & payments

  • Pebble prices shown to players are inclusive of fees and VAT where legally required.
  • Dungeon Buddy does not currently charge a platform fee.
  • Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (e.g. Stripe).

6. Sessions

GMs are responsible for scheduling, hosting, and delivering Sessions. Players are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient pebbles available before joining.

7. Disputes

  • Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of the Session ending.
  • The more detail you provide, the more accurately we can decide.
  • We may contact the parties by email for clarification.
  • Our decision is final.

8. GM Code of Conduct

  • Treat players with respect and fairness.
  • Deliver Sessions as advertised and communicate changes promptly.
  • No harassment, discrimination, threats, or abuse.
  • We may suspend or remove users for serious or repeated violations.

9. Prohibited use

You may not use the Platform for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, or any action that disrupts or harms other users or the Platform.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dungeon Buddy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
